How do I configure the Email Finder API?

In the extension Settings, add your API keys (Apollo, Hunter, Snov, Datagma, etc.), save, then export again to automatically enrich emails.

Why are some emails missing?

Emails are optional enrichment via third‑party Email Finder APIs (Apollo, Hunter, Snov, Datagma, etc.). Some members have no matchable public email or providers may not find a hit, so fields can be empty.

Which export formats are supported?

We support CSV, Excel (XLSX), and JSON for easy import into CRMs, spreadsheets, or analytics tools.

How can I avoid interruptions on large exports, and can I resume?

We save progress to local history so you can Resume tasks after interruptions. Keep the tab in the foreground, ensure a stable connection, and consider batch exports for best reliability.

Is my data uploaded to your servers?

No. Data and history are stored locally in your browser. You manually export files to your device. We do not upload your data to our servers.

What if I hit rate limits or account restrictions?

Slow down actions, scroll naturally, export in batches or at different times. If limits persist, try another network or wait and retry.

How to restore my subscription?

Find your subscription order id in your payment email inbox. Go to Pro page, click the "Change token" button, enter your email and order id then submit.

How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time, by clicking the PRO button, and finally clicking the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button.

How do invoicing, refunds, and support work?

You can cancel anytime. For invoices or a refund request, contact help@niomaker.com and we'll assist based on your usage and issue.
